1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the ace37 platform and its users. ace37 is an online casino and betting service provider that offers a digital gaming experience for Bangladeshi players.

Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, ace37 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel any earned bonuses.

3 Account Security

It is entirely your own responsibility to keep your ace37 account login details, password, and all security information confidential.

• Never share your account details with any third party.
• If you log in from someone else's device, make sure to log out when your session is over.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You can use Bangladesh's popular payment methods to make deposits on ace37: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and may be returned.
• ace37 does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though the payment provider's own fees may apply.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawing funds from ace37:

• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 5 and 30 minutes.

• If ace37 suspects any unusual activity or fraud, the withdrawal process may be suspended while an investigation is underway.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ace37 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ace37 offers new users a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Examples of how the bonus works:

• If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement applies to any bonus received. The wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be used within the specified period after they are received; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• ace37 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus promotion at any time.
• In the event of a bonus terms violation, ace37 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 VIP Program

ace37's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback offer:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can advance through VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. ace37 reserves the right to change the criteria for VIP tiers.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All content on the ace37 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, images, and other elements — is the intellectual property of ace37. Copying, distributing, modifying, or reusing this content without written permission from ace37 is strictly prohibited.

The intellectual property of content belonging to third-party game providers on the ace37 platform remains their own.

9 Limitation of Liability

ace37 is not liable for any losses arising from the following situations:

• Service disruption due to server downtime, maintenance breaks, or technical issues.
• A game or betting session being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Losses resulting from your own negligence with your password or login credentials.
• Delays or issues with third-party payment providers.
• Use of ace37's services being illegal within your jurisdiction.

10 Account Closure

10.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance — provided all wagering requirements have been met.

10.2 Closure by ace37

ace37 may close an account immediately or with notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud, deception, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
